With the world feeling like it is both slowing down to a halt and spinning right off its axis, remember to pause and take a moment to process all that is shifting around you.

Maybe it’s with your morning coffee, or maybe it’s right before bed, but set aside some time to put pen to paper and let whatever is in your head, or on your heart, flow out.

Focus on slow, steady breaths and allow your body to release any stored tension as you move through your thoughts and emotions. Get it out of your head and onto the paper. Let it go.
